I think the timer went off during my first time playing the lewd, because I was taking my time to just experience everything. And in subsequent playthroughs/gallery replays I speed through it more, so I didn't even notice it was gone. That being said, I guess a minute must've passed in-between her saying 5 minutes left and when the timer starts, because it goes off after 240 seconds (aka 4 minutes).
